Southern Gourmet Week
Again this year, we participate in the Southern Jutland Gourmet Week.
It is, as always, in week 9.

Menu:
🐟 Starter:
Cold smoked salmon mousse on grilled bread with pickled mustard seeds and topped with cress.
🐄 Main course:
Pink roasted young steer with sauce, served with baked carrot puree, sautéed potatoes and light salads.
🍓 Dessert:
Oatmeal crumble with caramel mousse, crème anglaise and hidden berries.
