Tøndermarsken is Denmark's largest marshland area. The marsh is a distinctive landscape created by the sea and shaped by man. In the towns and countryside of Tøndermarsken, you can experience a historic building culture surrounded by magnificent nature, which is one of Europe's most important birdwatching locations, especially during the bird migration in spring and fall.
