The Gresser family has been growing wine in the village of Andlau in Alsace since the 16th century, and today Rémy Gresser runs the traditional domaine with great respect for terroir and nature. The fields are cultivated organically and biodynamically, and the wines are known for their precision, minerality and long ageing potential. ()
Several of his Rieslings from the Grand Cru vineyards Moenchberg, Kastelberg and Wiebelsberg are among the most characterful in the region. His Duttenberg Riesling has also been voted "Denmark's best Riesling" several times by Danish importers and wine tastings. ()
This evening, Rémy Gresser presents the wines himself and talks about the work in the field, the unique terroir of the area and the passion for Riesling.
